What’s good for the planet is good for all

In this time of extraordinary challenge, change, and opportunity, we at Bridge Partners, a Seattle-based b2b marketing and sales consulting firm, are more conscious than ever of the importance of community and social responsibility. Our purpose at Bridge Partners is to create opportunity and impact for our customers, our people, and the world. We’ve been hard at work for years building a diverse, inclusive, and thoroughly modern workplace that strives to be a force for positive change.

We believe that climate is one of our most urgent challenges and our firm is taking action. As we partner with customers to help them act on climate initiatives, we are also changing the way we operate. Reducing our footprint and supporting environmental justice is part of our commitment to a better future.

We pledge to be net-zero carbon certified before 2025

By committing to net-zero carbon, we join our customers and partners who are moving fast on climate change.

We commit to being zero-waste certified before 2025

We strive to be a leader in the circular economy because it is the right thing to do. Because we operate with a globally distributed workforce, we will engage all employees in waste reduction efforts across office settings and remote workspaces.

We promise to be a pillar in the community supporting environmental justice

We recognize the disproportionate impact of climate change on low-income communities and communities of color. Our efforts will support environmental justice initiatives at the intersection of sustainability and diversity. We will contribute regularly to two environmental justice projects:

  • The NAACP Environmental and Climate Justice Program were created to provide resources and support community leadership in advocating for a reduction of greenhouse gases, advanced clean energy, and community resilience.
  • Real Rent Duwamish seeks justice in the form of rent payment on the 54,000 acres of homeland that the Duwamish Tribe signed over to settlers in 1855. The Duwamish people are working on community-led environmental restoration efforts along the Duwamish waterway in their ancestral homelands. We will join the 14,000+ Real Renters in paying monthly rent for our Seattle-area headquarters.

Scaling our impact

We are committed to accelerate and scale our impact for our customers, as they pursue their own climate and social responsibility goals. In 2020, we delivered on over 40 environmental sustainability projects for our customers. We will continue to apply our management consulting, marketing, and growth advisory expertise to help our customers make a difference and protect our planet from the effects of climate change.

At Bridge Partners we know that what’s good for the planet is good for our people and good for our business. If you have questions or want to learn more about our commitments read our corporate social responsibility.
