As an innovative operations, engineering, and services leader, Jim’s expertise is focused on guiding the full range of customer-facing sales, delivery, and operational responsibilities for technology product and service organizations. His client experience spans health care, technology, banking, utilities, and telecommunications, and his Fortune 500 clients include AT&T, GE, Bank of America, T-Mobile, and Exelon.
