An enterprise software company enables its partner ecosystem in 100+ countries with a self-service program featuring customizable, packaged campaign and GTM resources. Today, we manage the entire program and campaign process, including strategic planning, campaign creation, publication, and end-to-end program operations.

After successfully piloting the initial program and then growing it to global scale, our clients challenged us to significantly reduce the delivery time of campaign motions, each of which includes producing a joint GTM campaign plan, a showcase eBook, and a set of supporting assets. To accomplish this, we developed a customer-tuned instance of our BridgeIQ operating model combining input from stakeholders and subject matter experts with a suite of custom AI agents to streamline and accelerate workstreams wherever possible. We did this in three phases: 

 

Phase 1  

We used our BridgeIQ Workflow Evaluation Framework to perform deep analysis of current workflows to identify targetable steps, evaluate potential AI impact, and prioritize high impact use cases.

  1. Workflow discovery: We begin by mapping current workflows in detail—documenting key tasks, steps, and workstreams end-to-end. We complement this with stakeholder interviews to surface inefficiencies and pain points.
  2. Opportunity identification: We analyze workflows for volume, repeatability, and manual burden to assess where change is most needed. Then, we identify improvement areas leveraging AI, automation, better tooling, or redesign, organizing them into actionable categories.
  3. Prioritization and roadmap: We score identified opportunities by impact, effort, feasibility, and urgency. We then use these scores to sequence quick wins and high-impact initiatives into a phased roadmap for implementation. 

 

Phase 2

After understanding the requirements, we customized seven BridgeIQ AI Assistant Agents to help generate campaign content drafts.

  • GTM Agent – Creates a draft of a GTM plan for the campaign.
  • Infographic Agent – Creates infographic copy and art direction.
  • One-Pager Agent – Designs 1-pagers (copy, layout, art direction).
  • Social Ad Agent – Generates ad copy, layout, and art direction.
  • Web Banner Agent – Produces web banner copy, layout, and art direction.
  • Email Copy Agent – Writes email copy based on campaign/asset.
  • Execution Guide Agent – Aides in creation of a campaign execution guide. 

 

Phase 3

We systematically integrated the AI agents into production workflows, enabling our writers and content strategists to draft faster, capture feedback more efficiently, and iterate.

The result? By embedding BridgeIQ into the co-marketing engine, we cut the average campaign build time by over 40%. The faster time-to-market equated to an extra quarter of campaign execution within the fiscal year.
