Climate action is good business.
We've embedded action on climate change into our operating model. Not only is being responsible the responsible thing to do, it's an essential expression of our values, a core part of who we are.
Carbon neutral now, not someday.
Action > Promises
It's not about achieving lowball goals for an end of year report. Our financial planning embeds environmental considerations into our business model, enabling us to lead responsibly and with integrity, including when it's difficult.
Some of what we do doesn't lend itself to tidy stats. But we're ok with that; we know not everything that matters can be easily measured.
We don't get everything right. But even when it's challenging—maybe especially when it's challenging–we believe doing the right things is its own reward, and along the way, we work to build trust with our clients, make our people proud, and set an example the industry can look to for a low-carbon, thriving economic future.

- Conduct a third-party verified GHG inventory annually (Scopes 1, 2, and 3) following the GHG Protocol. Additionally retained an external environmental consulting firm to ensure accuracy.
- Reduced Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions year-over-year by engaging in-house and independent environmental and carbon consultants, shifting from estimates to actuals in our inventory, and expanding renewable energy purchases.
- Manage residual emissions with high-quality carbon offsets supporting projects that deliver environmental and social co-benefits. · Promote waste reduction through a remote-first workplace and responsible recycling or donation for end-of-life laptops and hardware.
- Partner with customers to reduce joint climate impacts, including encouraging remote collaboration to minimize travel. · Support environmental justice organizations such as Real Rent Duwamish and the NAACP Environmental and Climate Justice program.
