Candace is an Engagement Manager at Bridge Partners with nearly two decades of experience leading complex projects and programs across global cloud and technology partner ecosystems. Her core expertise includes project and program leadership, partner strategy and enablement, go to market execution, and business operations. Earlier roles in software sales, training, and business systems give her a broad perspective on how partner and customer needs connect across the business.

 

Candace helps clients translate strategic priorities into scalable operating models, coordinated action, and measurable business outcomes. She is passionate about solving challenging business problems, aligning stakeholders around shared goals, and bringing clarity and structure to complex initiatives. Her ability to see the full business picture and connect strategy with execution allows her to guide work from planning through delivery while building lasting client trust.

 

Outside of work, Candace’s favorite moments are spent with family and friends. She also enjoys teaching dance fitness classes, exploring the Pacific Northwest with her pup, traveling, and unwinding with a good book. Candace earned a BA in Psychology and a minor in Anthropology from the University of Washington.
