Kelsey McManimie Stines is the Director of Growth Programs at Bridge Partners, where she leads strategic, cross-functional initiatives that accelerate firm-wide growth. She designs and implements top-of-funnel strategies that connect channels, partnerships, and demand generation to measurable pipeline outcomes. Known for translating strategy into execution, Kelsey oversees the full lifecycle of high-impact programs—from planning and implementation to performance measurement—building scalable frameworks and systems that drive operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and alignment across product, marketing, and delivery teams.

Before joining Bridge Partners, Kelsey served as Chief of Staff across large corporations, nonprofits, and startup consulting firms. She has led enterprise-wide AI rollouts, developed OKR frameworks, and managed multi-million-dollar budgets—bringing a strong track record of building scalable processes, driving innovation, and aligning executive teams around strategic priorities.

Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys time with family and friends (and two playful black labs), settling in with a good book, or chasing another national medal with her synchronized skating team.
