Nic is a people and operations leader who brings a practical, thoughtful approach to resourcing and workforce planning. As the Internal Resourcing Manager at Bridge Partners, she connects people, business needs, and operational priorities to help ensure teams have the right talent in the right places at the right time.
Nic brings experience in resourcing, account management, and people operations to her work, with a clear understanding of both the human and business sides of building successful teams. She enjoys solving complex staffing challenges, creating clarity in fast-moving environments, and developing solutions that work for employees, leaders, and clients alike.
Outside of work, Nic enjoys traveling and exploring the Pacific Northwest through backpacking and paddleboarding. She also enjoys crocheting, improv, and spending time with her two cats.
