Stevie is an operations leader with broad experience across business operations, people strategy, sales and delivery operations, organizational development, and cross-functional program leadership. As Director of Operations at Bridge Partners, she focuses on strengthening how the firm operates and scales—connecting people, processes, systems, and business priorities to improve execution across the organization.

Throughout her career at Bridge Partners, Stevie has led and supported firmwide initiatives spanning organizational design, operational planning, leadership development, systems and process improvement, sales operations, and employee experience. She works closely with leaders across the business to turn strategic priorities into practical, scalable solutions while creating greater clarity, accountability, and alignment across teams.

Stevie grew up in Tacoma, Washington. She earned a Bachelor of Arts and a Master’s in Psychology. Away from work, Stevie enjoys a good audio book, board games, golf, baking, and spending time with friends and family.
