Derek has experience in a number of different industry verticals and spent over a decade consulting across multiple client business groups. He is a strong analytical thinker, but prides himself most on his execution skills and his abilities to build and manage process to drive change and work to create efficiencies in complex environments.
With a long educational and professional background in international business, Derek approaches his work through a design thinking humanist approach that always puts his clients first and helps him navigate the diverse influences of culture and work style with everyone he engages. Derek also brings rigor to the teams he manages and participates in and always looks to improve dynamics in his collaborations.
Derek holds a Master of International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and lives in Seattle. He revels in any opportunity to travel, loves playing and watching soccer and adores his dog named Cat.
