Shaina Matveyenko is an Engagement Manager who specializes in Business Management and organizational leadership. After spending over 12 years in the coffee industry and running a local coffee company, she has transferred her skills into the tech industry, using her experience to lead a team of consultants here at Bridge Partners. Shaina approaches everything with the mindset that we are all human and to always assume positive intent. Leading with empathy, compassion and vulnerability has helped her build relationships quickly and develop others around her.
Shaina holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Washington. She takes pride in being a working, mom of 3 and enjoys wake surfing and working out.
