Stevie is an operations leader with experience across business operations, sales and delivery operations, organizational development, and cross-functional program leadership. At Bridge Partners, she helps strengthen and scale the firm by connecting people, processes, systems, and business priorities in ways that make work clearer, more effective, and easier to execute.
Throughout her career at Bridge Partners, Stevie has led and supported firmwide work in organizational design, operational planning, leadership development, systems and process improvement, sales operations, and employee experience. She partners with leaders across the business to turn strategy into practical solutions, bringing structure to complex work and helping teams build greater clarity, accountability, and alignment.
Stevie grew up in Tacoma, Washington, and holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master’s degree in Psychology. Outside of work, she enjoys listening to audiobooks, playing board games, golfing, baking, and spending time with friends and family.
