Managing Director
Tania comes with over 20 years of professional experience building and managing partner, marketing and sales enablement programs, all focused on driving growth. Her passion for evolving and optimizing partner ecosystems is what has kept her and her team busy in recent years. As part of Bridge’s leadership team, Tania now leads Bridge’s Growth Partner GTM sales strategy. Most recently, she was recognized as one of Women We Admire – Top 50 Leaders of Washington for 2022. Born and raised in Mexico, Tania holds a political science degree from The Evergreen State College. She is fluent in Spanish and also speaks conversational Portuguese.
