Bridge Partners Ranked One of Washington’s Ten Best Companies to Work For

For the fourth year, Seattle Business Magazine has named Bridge Partners as one of the “100 Best Companies to Work For.” Bridge Partners was ranked #6 in the “Large Company” category.

The editors of Seattle Business Magazine selected the top 100 companies in Washington based on the results of anonymous employee survey responses. Each company was scored in ten categories, including communication, executive leadership, and workplace environment.

“We recognize that the way people live, work, and interact is undergoing a radical transformation,” said Bridge Partners CEO Richard Albrecht, “and our goal is to become a model for the modern workplace. We’re focused on building a culture that puts our people first. That means offering more than just competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and robust professional development—it means creating opportunities where our people can make a real impact. Bridge Partners is excited to lead the way and honored to receive this recognition.”

“We’re focused on building a culture that puts our people first.”

The Seattle Business Magazine award is one of the most sought-after workplace distinctions in the Northwest. This year alone, more than 32,000 employees provided feedback via anonymous survey responses.

Greg Proulx, market executive for Bridge’s Pacific Northwest office, is convinced that it all comes down to company values: “We hang our hat on helping our customers achieve lasting business success, and the key driver of that has always been our people-focused culture. We invest in our employees at every level of the organization, and they, in turn, make a lasting impact for our clients and in our community.”

“It’s exciting when the business is recognized for growth,” added Albrecht, “but when we receive an award like this, based on employee feedback, it makes me realize that we’re building something that people want to be a part of. And that’s the greatest honor I could ask for.”
